  • Introducing a high intensity Zumba Dance workout. Coordination, Working out, Burning Calories, Dancing and so much fun during these Zumba Classes.

  • Tae Bo is a body fitness system that incorporates martial arts techniques

  • Our Spin Classes are intense, calorie burning, convenient, fast and always so much fun with the whole room full. The unique experience of cycling indoors leaves you enjoying the burning sensation of working out while feeling like you're at a party.
